HISTORY After twenty five years as a Corporate Controller, Paul became dissatisfied with the ability of small closely held businesses to survive. Having maintained the financial records of businesses ranging up to $75mm, in arenas not limited to Manufacturing, Service, Transportation and Medical, he witnessed the lack of success of many customer and supplier organizations. Paul created Accounting & Consulting Services to enable the small business entrepreneur to secure quality, yet affordable, accounting services. Establishing a sound business plan with the proper supporting 'tools' has proven repeatedly to be the difference between the failing "seat of the pants" start-up and the succesful, surviving small business. With this tenet as his watchword, Paul has provided all his clients the 'tools' to not only begin a business, but to ensure that with the correct infrastructure the business will survive. A few of the requisites of a quality plan are a quality product needed in our current economy, a satisfactory market for the product, proper pricing, and assurance of sufficient capital.
